‘Beurré Hardy’ pear tree is in the pollination group 3, it is reasonably self-fertile but can be cross-pollinated 2,3,4.
Is best planted well-drained, fairly moisture retentive soil. It requires a clear area around the trunk of at least 60cm radius as well as a sheltered area.
